I am mr. Sameer suresh gajmal, having saving account at saraswat co-operative bank ltd. Branch chiplun, district-ratnagiri.

Home loan account no: [protected]
Monthly home installment: rs.9920/-
In this month of may 2020, total two installments of rs. 9920/- + rs.9920/- have been deducted on 08 may, 2020 from my saving account.
As far my knowledge this home loan installment deduction date is 15 of each month.
As you are well aware that, government of india is requesting to the banks for not to take any kind of loan installment from the customers during this lockdown period and your bank is taking two installments in one month. I don't know what is the reason.
In the month of august 2020, similar deduction of loan installment took place from your lavel branch. I am also having personal loan [ac no-[protected]] at lavel branch.in the month of august 2020, total three installments of rs. 15100/- each means total rs.45300/- was deducted from my saving account in one month and it took long period to solve the complaint.
i don't know why your bank is behaving like this with the customers.
There is an expectation of quick action from your side for depositing the addition deducted amount of rs.9920/- in my saving account of chiplun branch within 24 hours.
Also there is one expectation that your bank will take care so that such things will not happen again in future at least with my case.
