I Mr. Pravin Suresh Mane received INR 35, 000/- yesterday i.e 20/08/2021 in my account i.e [protected] but was not able to use it so i called your bank customer care number they said that i will be able to use it in some time. But in the evening the INR 30, 000/- amount got reversed without my knowledge. I came to enquire about the same in your REPUTED saraswat bank branch but they were not ready to tell me about details from whom i have received the money and who reversed it . So I request you to kindly let me know the details because it is my right to know and anyone in future can do the same which i feel is very irrelevant because as a customer we trust our money to be safe in your hands and any person can report it and get the money reversed without the other persons knowledge. Due to this incident and rude behaviour of home branch whom i spoke (they always in hurry to end the customers conversation) i would like to close my account from your branch as i no longer wish to be a customer of your reputed bank.
