As i opened zero balance account wen i was below 18. They had camp in our classes n offered us to open such account, from the day i opened the account i m facing n number of problems, one day i got statement on my passbook that due to minimum balance some amount is deducted, i mailed to support launch online complaint but no action as if no one is bothered, atlast i visited to branch showed him statements staff itself dnt have any idea about it atlast query was resolved, other pblm arrieved they printed my name as "mrs" instead of "ms" i mean how??? As i was below 18 yrs n none of document it was mentioned. I again launched complain but no action, i visited to bank they said i need to go to branch where i opened account, no online way to resolve, i asked the staff how to shift account to diffent branch he said notpossible, i mean in which generation is this bank, where no online support reply, staffs have no idea about bank!
