I placed an order ecom/bk/201907/004 on 1st july for kannada language ukg book paying rs.195 (Id:[protected]. Till now they are not telling me when they are shipping the order. I fallowed up with them couple of times but no shipping info. They want to refund the amount but i need book not refund. It is expected from them that they should inform customer when they are shipping the order after order is placed.
