My name is Shubham and my complain is in order to make you aware that I have been facing problems with shopkeepers regarding the sale price of any cold drinks be it pepsi, thumbs up, sprite, maza, appi...etc...
The shop keepers here in dudhtalai UDAIPUR (RAJ.) are not willing to sell these products as per their mrp . So their charging 2 Rs as cooling charges.. my question for you is " is this justified ??? " and "can any thing be done about this..??"...is there a helpline for grieved consumers to place their complaints ??..if yes could you tell me... Awaiting your reply
