5 days before I bought an idli cooker and the plates are shaking not seated. So asked for a replacement and it comes under policy as well. But they are not replacing. I really feel bad as I have bought many products from here and the managers here don't respond properly and they made us to walk here and there not with proper response. Dint expect this from Saravana stores
