Saravanan — additional fine collection traffic si - mr. ramesh rsi-2 r9

I am saravanan. While tralled from valasaravakkam (Chowdhary nagar) to nesapakkam dt 17.12.2019 at 05.29 p. M, mr ramesh si stopped my vehicle on suresh nagar because while driving two wheeler on chowdhary nagar speaking mobile phone. I am accepting and given my credit card for fine amount. They swiped 1100 because rash driving u/s 184 & cell phone while driving cmv r21 (25) u/s 177. At the spot i asked si, but he didn't given reason.
Additionally they collected fine for rs 1000 for rash driving. I am not rash drived my age is 42.
