Saravanan — Data Card Cancellation

Dear Sir/Madam, I am using Reliance data card no’s [protected], [protected], I given cancellation letter near Reliance shop, they collect cancel letter but no further action. I paid 4 to 5month bill without using . Please check my usage. 31/12/14 Reliance executive collect cash and given receipt with cancel. But still bill receiving. We spent lot of money without using. Please take necessary action. Pl Find the attached Receipt Copy
