Have recently ordered sets of lingeries from the above mentioned website through a link in YouTube. When the product got delivered they charged me 1198 that is worth for two sets of items whereas I have received only one. Also the product which I ordered and the product got delivered was completely different. The product received was a cheap quality one and for which there was no mentioned way to revert back to the brand or company to put forth our problem. I have also sent many mails and tried contacting the customer service but there is no reply at all. So finally writing up here so that I get my refund back of worth Rs 1198 and request to take away the product delivered. If the problem doesn’t get solved at the earliest I am definitely writing a complaint on cyber crime branch for such a scam. Was this information helpful? |
