I want in your kind information that. I have your flip 3 mobile. and in there is a manufacturing defent in main screen . . My phone phone is ringing from from front screen. as soon i open the phone. the main screen is black out. i visited your service station thay said due to dent in my phone the warrenty had finished.and as discussed with sarvice centre. i want to ask some question with you.

1. you have disgned the phone in such position that whole body is in one compact in one. due to that manufacturing defent in other part of phone, how can you lapse my warrenty.

2. Seening visibly from your naked eyes you can, you cant find out the dent.

3. MANUFACTURING DEFECT is in your sceen, which is not damaged, . than how come you can cancel my warrenty.

YOUR COMPANY IS MENTALLY HARISING THE COSTOMERS. BY THE NAME OF POLICY.

FOR YOUR EVIDENCE I AM ATTACHING THE VIDEO OF MY MOBILE PHONE. AND YOU SEE WHERE IS THE DENT. AND IF IT CAN REALLY DAMAGE THE SCREEN. AND LAPSE MY WARRENTY.

I PERSUME THE COSTOMER BUYING MOBILE PHONE FOR 1 LAKS, NEED I SATISFACTARY SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY.

BASICALLY YOUR COMPANY POLICY SAYS. I HAVE TAKEN AN INSURANCE FOR MY EYES, BUT I HAVE PROBLEM IN MY LEG. THAT WHY INSURENCE COMPANY WILL NOT TREAT MY EYES TOOO.
