With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that I am an inhabitants of Town-sarthebari, Dist-Barpeta, State-Assam, pin-781307.I deeply apologize that i am an Indian citizen.In our town people face flood every year due to lack of drainage system.We have been seeing this issue for 15 years. What is the mystery behind the lack of drainage system in our Town? No dustbin are available in our Town . we have saw in news that every year government spent lots of money to built infrastructure then why government discriminating our Town? If government give fund to sarthebari municipal Board to develop our town infrastructure then why our Town infrastructure is not develop? Who spoil the government fund?In our Town huge corruption took place in the construction of drain and roads.So many corruption took place in government schemes.No work is done in swachata.Sarthebari municipal Board office is becoming a symbol of corruption.If government strictly investigate the expenditure of funds that are given to sarthebari municipal Board than huge fact will come.i kindly request to government please look this matter and take strict action.
