Sarvottam Group — Purchased a flat from vikas jain ksn sarvottam group but he is not giving flat from last 6 years | |||||
Vikas jain of ksn group is cheating me, we booked a flat in sarvottam pride near atal chowk vasundhara ghaziabad in 2011, but till date 7 july 2016 the project is only 25 % completed. when i asked mr. vikas jain about the status, he was talking very rudely. i have already given 80 % amount of the total cost of flat, So by this post i want to share this with all the new buyers who want to purchase flat from him please be careful because he is a fraud person. I am also attaching the logo of his company where he says "where dreams come true", but actually it should be "where dreams will never come true" If he is reading this post then reply me here. But the project is not yet completed we have already paid 80 % amount to builder, but the builder mr. Vikas jain is not completing the project, the project is currently on hold,
So some one please suggest me what actions i should take against him
