I booked the ticket from Sasta Safaar and now I'm suffering badly. I have received a mail from the stating that the flight has been cancelled from the airlines end. However when I checked with the Spicejet airlines, they are saying that they require a mail from Sasta Safar to confirm my booking as my booking has been done in group booking without my name.
