Bought a Bluestar inverter AC last September and it is under warranty. Before buying the product you all promised you will support if any issues. I never intended to buy this product but your sales guy pressured me to buy this product and now I have issues with the product as water started dripping from inside unit. Followed up with the person who recommended this product to me. Atlast, now they wanted me to pay 1300 for the unit to be cleaned and says that it will not come under warranty. You all should never recommended a useless product. Because you all wanted to complete your target you push the useless product to the customers. I asked him to replace the product and he says he cannot do it. Why should I pay 1300 for service where the product was not been used for 4 months? When I told I will put it in the social media he said I can go anywhere. Useless service. When your target is completed you all show assess and never keep up the promise.
