I bought an induction stove from Sathya Agencies in the Udumalpet branch. I had a very poor experience with them because I purchased it on Saturday (03/02/2024). During the purchase, I requested a demonstration, but they didn't provide one and assured me that it was working well.
I used the stove on Monday morning (05/02/2024), and I found that the menu was not functioning properly. I couldn't adjust the temperature. Consequently, I visited the agency on (06/02/2024). Their response was extremely unsatisfactory, and their communication was rude. They refused to consider an exchange option. Eventually, I took the stove to the service center.
