Sathya - Mahalingapuram, Pollachi — return issue - reg

I - (T. Veerachelvi) purchased front load washing machine - samsung by last week saturday - 27.10.18 afternoon with certain accessories ie) stand, cover.
That stand was jerking, so planned to return the same.in this regard, we communicated our feedback to the sathya, pollachi branch, the concerned staff agreed for return of goods and we also accepted to take a fan instead of stand for that balance amount. Their response was very poor.

Till now i did not receive positive reply from their end.
