I Have Purchased Whirlpool Brand Refrigerators @ Sathya Karur Branch.Along with the Refrigerator I have also ordered for Stand for that.But they failed to deliver and given an wron commitment that it will deliver during installation but I didn't recieved yet.So I called the showroom., CRM ( Customer Relations Manager)has picked up the call and replayed that her manager will give me call back in 10 mnts.But I haven't recieved any call for about 3 and half hours.So I have called them and asked about it.And also mentioned them as a Fraud Company.The CRM told me that I'm a beggar.Who have Purchased a Refrigerator from them.So I have take the issue to the Branch head.He politically threaten me over 10 PM at my home premises
TODAY the district head Mr.Senthilkumar arrived at my home and assured that he will compensates the issue.But he also finally failed.Avoid Purchase @ Sathya
