i crossed a toll on NHAI towards kaithal (the first toll after ambala city) at 10 Am in the morning and return on the same day at 5 pm in evening .The toll was deducted from my account as per norm on that day but when again very next day i crossed same toll before 10am i.e. before pass 24 hr. i was charged again the same amount for one side toll and when i called Fast tag complaint cell they told me that this is right and as per NHAI norms. I strongly condemn this act as before fast tag whenever i purchase a daily pass that is valid for 24 hr. irrespective of my crossing on that highway and that toll
I feel very cheated and looted from the fast tag and NHAI norms which is very irresponsive and i will take this matter to higher official to know how NHAI is cheating the user if this amendment has not been implemented with no further delay with return of my hard earned money.
