Sir, i am r syam prasad s/o of rongali venkatalakshmi, my friend (Nookesh) have used paytm payments bank debit card (Rongali venkatalakshmi) to our canteen recharge purpose on 21st january, the merchant said that transaction is cancelled, but money is deducted from my paytm payment bank account. Till now i have not received any refund. Merchant said that reversal amount is processed after cancelled transaction. Plz get my money back.

my money is deducted from my PAYTM payment bank account on 21st January, but I didn't get any refund. The merchant said that transaction is cancelled, but money is deducted from my account. he also said that the refund amount was processed from our side, but till now I didn't receive any refund.
I am trying to get to your notice over 10days via PAYTM CONSUMER FORUM in Google website. The only said thing is, no one bother my issue.

Waste useless space center creating brain tumors. Not useful staff only work for apes. Creating quake and floods for human trafficking. They are not scientific they are self popalent.
