[Resolved] Saturday Sunday Media Internet (Bookmyoffer.com) — I am complaining about a samsung power bank 16800mah

I bought a samsung power bank 16800mah and received the same on 06 Jun 16. Company had sent me the older and used power bank. Product is used and looked to be and older one. Product is not the same which had been irdered3 by me. Power bank is wrost and scratch on it.
None of input and output ports are working and data cable with it is very wrost and broken. I want to return the item . Please look into the matter.
