I ordered a samsung memory card 64gb from bookmyoffer.com which i received on 24/07/2016. The order id is [protected].
Unfortunately the product was product was duplicate and that's why it was not working also. I put a mail on the company email id i. E. [protected]@bookmyoffer.com but only they replied only once, asking for images of the product. I even called on customer care no. I. E. [protected] but it never connects to actual customer care executive. I want refund of my complete amount which i paid for it i. E. Rs.600 (Including cod charges and shipping charges)

it is more than 1 month that I received the duplicate product but still the company have not provided the refund of my money. in fact they are asking me to again pay the delivery charge for replacing the product. this is hell. Nor they are refunding my money. 1 week ago they said in mail that they are working on refund which may take 1 week, but 1 week also passed away still no solution. this type of companies should be banned and panelized heavily for looting the hard earned money of consumers.
