Dear team,

I have ordered samsung powerbank in bookmyoffer website on 28.07.2016 with orderid [protected]. And received the product 06.08.2016 by paying cash.

The product i received was very old and it is looking like used one. After receiving the product when i charged it for 4 hours. After removing charger when tried to charge my mobile, the power bank is not switching on.

Immediately i have lodged complaint to the [protected]@bookmyoffer.com on 09.08.2016.

I also sent follow up mails 2 times. But no response received yet.

Please help me to get out of this fraud. And iam requesting you to give refund of my money.
