Regarding SALARY

I am Thirumurugan.I was working in this organization(SATVAT INFOSOL) about one year as Quality Control.I gave the notice properly before one month but after releiving they didn't give me my salary and they have not even paid my PROVIDENT FUND(PF) to the GOVERNMENT .They have a given me fake PF Number at salary slip.
If I call HR for my salary he says its not my work ask accounts dept.If I ask acc.dept she tells not yet signed...
