Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [UPSRTC] — Smart card not working in some buses

Dear sir/mam
I have an upsrtc smart card number is STPST[protected] for travelling in buses o[censored]psrtc . but that card is not working in most of buses, in that case conductor VINEET KUMAR, UP-34T 6963 says that its not working now give me money or stay down from the bus. It happens with me, after my request bus conductor has given manual ticket of Rs90 from MARIYAWAN TO SITAPUR, While actual fare is Rs 81. There are so many problems I have against upsrtc.
