Some time back we had planned to shift our four wheeler from Greater Noida to Bangalore and through internet we have come across Satyam packers and movers. We have booked our car on 31st dec through Pritam Singh and he promised us it will be delivered in 7-8 working days at a price of Rs.12, 500(we paid 6500/- advance) and it will be door to door delivery. He also assured us that 4-5luggage can be transported with car so we kept some in our car. After picking the car he stopped answering our call and we tried diff number to reach him and get the status. We keep checking the status for a month but he never answered convincingly where the car is. After 1 month he said that car had reached and they will deliver the same only after the amount(7500/- which is 1500 moreof what has been decided) will be deposited to his Axis Bank account. After negotiating for 3 days he delivered the car and we paid in cash the amount asked by him.The car also got damaged during transportation and he said that alltheluggage will be delivered after 3-4days and took the full payment. Since then he never gave right idea where and when the luggage will be coming. Now they are saying that luggage has lost in transit and that they will track and deliver it only when we deposit Rs.5000/-to his account. I have lost goods n luggage worth almost 22000/-.
