All claims are wrong. It is a genuine organization. It is habit of NGO workers to call you again & again. I receive 20+ calls every day. Probably they pass the number to others too & that is bad indeed. But their job is genuine. They have valid Income tax exemption certificate issued by Income Tax Authority of India. Please see.
Last confirmation is- I am getting tax rebate/Deduction every year through this certificate- What else you need? Income tax department checks every such certificate 100 times before accepting your claim for 80G.
Previously such certificates were issued every year by Income tax dept. but they are issued once & remain valid unless cancelled.
It is really sad full that people don't donate (But its alright because it depends on capacity & attitude of people but they try to tag a honest & genuine NGO as notorious! & that is bad.
I have read tens of stories like one mentioned above & none was having any concluding evidence about what they are saying (just gossips).
Don’t donate, it is your personal choice but infecting minds of other aspirant donors- is a SIN.
