Dear Savex team,
I ordered an AC from Samsung website through online mode on dt. 15th April 22 which was delivered against invoice no. LUT1MP[protected] dt. 18th April 22.
When the installation person came to install the AC then they told me there are some items missing from the packet i.e. 3 meter copper wire, 10 foot wire & a pair of Flayers, due to which my installation charges reached to Rs 14, 300/-.
When I talk with Samsung customer care then they send the technical inspection team to visit the place & advice me to ask for refund from the company who delivered the AC to me which is mentioned on invoice.
I already call on your customer care number but no one is picking the call.
Please give me my money back & if any details required by you then let me know.
