Sawdesi.com — Paid money but product not delivered. Not even responding for refund

I have ordered a bluetooth wireless headset that cost Rs.1789/- on 16/02/2021 and received the package on 22/02/2021 but the product they sent is cheap quality wired head set which cost only Rs.250/-., I have taken to unboxing video as well so that there will be an evidence in case of fraud. I have contacted the sawdesi customer care for requesting the refund, but they refused to refund the amount even after mailing the video evidence. I would like to file grievance against sawdesi.com website to that you will take an action against these fraud website. Please help me getting the refund from the sawdesi.com order and transaction details are given below:
