1) Can i Deposit Cheque in any Non home bank branch of SBI or should I go to my Home Branch?
2) I have acct in SBI BADNERA branch, I live in CAMP, Amravati which is 12 kms from Badnera, now i have to deposit cheques in my acct, so i approach CAMP SBI Branch, but they refused to accept it for reason tht i dont have acct in CAMP Branch, they said tht i will have to go to Home Branch SBI BADNERA for cheques deposition. is this not ridiculous,
I think SBI is still in 18th century they have CBS enabled but their employees r not enough capable to use it.
3) even the employees of the SBI BANK are so arrogant in communication, i think they need a communication skill classes so as to improve it & atleast they can maintain the customer relation in socially acceptable form. These SbI employees assume themselves as they are owner/only service provider in india.
4) whereas other nationalize banks r so cooperative & well mannered & cultured, thts the reason for their customer enhancement. even other nationalized banks takes the non home branch cheques for deposition also.
i wish SBI head office members should go thru this painful situation so tht they will realize the customers feelings.
