Sbi Green Lane Layout — Staff rude behavior

Hi,
This is regarding SBI staff rude behavior. I had a bank work so I visited GreenLane Layout branch near Belandur, Bangalore. For the question I had, the staff(a lady sits on the second counter from entrance) was answering very badly. We are not beggars/ to tolerate such a bad experience. The bad behavior is always true with SBI branches. They should better train these people on how to treat the customers who are valuable. They are enjoying lot of extra benefits from these banks which is from customer money. So better they should mind these.
