    Cashless claim issue during discharge

    At the time of discharge from hospital paramount insurance team is making several query after submitting all the documents query like ICPs data, prolongation, breakup of bill

    This insurance company has previously declined for cashless service in network hospital[protected].

    Remove my PAN no. from IRDA portal

    I am Abhay Kumar. My PAN is BRQPK3275D.
    My agent code in SBI Life Insurance company is SLI[protected]

    I have submitted my resignation letter to Motihari branch and got NOC from SBI Life Insurance.

    I have applied as an employee in other Insurance company and they demanded to remove my PAN from IRDA portal before joining.

    SBI Suraksha

    I hold a housing loan account with SBI and the SBI Suraksha account linked with it has the A/C No : [protected].

    This housing loan was sanctioned in 2013. And as per the rule, five premiums was to be paid. I have paid Rs. 22172/- each in year 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017. Even after 2017, I noticed some transactions in the account & when approached the branch the manager there told me to pay the out standing and I made a payment...
