I had done a transaction through phonepe for amount of rs.550/- on 19/11/2020 for payment of fees for aisse-2020 with utr no.[protected] and the transaction id was :t2011191736170262145318 .The amount was deducted from the account but did not reach the merchant. Contacted phonepe customer serivce but of no use they are saying that the transaction was successful at the merchants end asking to contact the merchant.Then contacted bank, they were saying we don't have any such app/payment gateway.
