Sbi Mops — Make payment to sbi mops to upi id [protected]@sbi on 23/6/22 transaction debited from my account but not received by merchant

I make payment through sbi mops payment gateway to [protected]@sbi upi id of rupees 3221 on 23/06/22 . Transaction successfully debited from my bank account via RRN[protected] but not received by merchant nor its back to my bank account. There is no help by sbi in this kindly check with RRN and refund the same
