Sbi Mops — money deducted but transaction was failed

I was paying for my ugc net application form.. Rs 800 from upi from paytm platform, money was successfully sent from there but on the web page of nta they showed that transaction was failed.. My account has deducted 800 rs but there its failed... Give my money back.. Its very exploitative.. I even called sbi help centre, paytm centre and also lodged a complaint on sbi mops platform... But they say we can't do anything. Do something.. Get my money back... Paytm said they have succesfully sent the money and sbi customer care said that they cannot do anything as the payment is done through paytm upi. Sbi mops complaints don't reply.. Then where should i go??? Nta care doesnt reply.. What to do?? Give my 800 back
