Sbi Mops — Paid for Jee adv registration fee but site showing amount not paid

I made a payment for Rs1417 twice for exam fees through kotak netbanking collected by sbimops on 20 Sep 2021, the amount was deducted from my account. But my NTA exam site shows incomplete payment transaction. So I tried fir third time and then it was successful but the refund of the previous two has not yet been initiated.
Please resolve it.
