Its been 6 days that i made online payment for IB ACIO 2021 online application form on 24 Dec 2020. Payment was made through SBI Mops gateway using UPI. Payment was successfully debited from my account and even the purchase was confirmed on the other end, but my application form is still showing the status of income payment.
No SBI customer executive is ready to help or even listen to the matter, the only thing they say is, "you have used some other app not our sbi app so we cannot help."
Kindly look into the matter and make a refund asap, bcz closing date of online application is just around the corner
