Sbi Oxipay Services — Mobile recharge unsuccessful but amount deducted from bank account

I recharged my mobile on 10.02.2016 for Rs.199 for Idea using online recharge Oxigen Services of SBI online. The reference number is OXISBI[protected]G0BLUFAF7. The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge was not done. I request the concerned authorities to do the needful and refund the amount to my bank account.

I lost money after posting a complaint on this forum. I dont know what to do to help myself.

After posting the above complaint, I recd a msg to my forum inbox asking me abt my mobile number. I thought the msg was from the complaints resolution team. Without checking it out I replied and gave my mobile number. After that in the afternoon today, I recd a call from number [protected] saying that they are calling from SBI Oxiservices and it was regarding my complaint for refund.

The guy on the call was so well trained in speaking which made me believe that it was a genuine call. He told me that due to technical problems, they were not able to reimburse amount to my account, so they wanted my debit card number. I was fooled in, without a second thought I gave him my credit card number. But again I got suspected, I enquired him abt his identity, authenticity of the call as I suspected why he needed a debit card number to transfer amount to my account. He convinced me by telling me that he had called from SBI OXI pay Noida office. He told me that he would give a call from SBI Debit card customer care toll free number 1800...on my other mobile. (he had taken the other number from me for this purpose by now) As said I received a call from this number except that there was a code prefixing this number. The code was+469. Again I doubted, but he somehow managed to convince me. Later he told me he will send one OTP on my mobile, which he did and asked me to tell him the same so that he could reimburse my amount. I did as he said on two counts. He told me that the amount will be transferred within 30 minutes.
Later on when I checked my account, I was shocked to see Rs. 10000 debited from account. When I try to call his number it is either switched off, or engaged. I was cheated and robbed without my knowledge. I do not know what to do.

Can anyone suggest what is to be done. plz help.
