Sbi, Samudragarh, Burdwan District, West Bengal — Regarding deduction of service chg twice for transfer of salary a/c

I, Sri Supriya Das, presenty posted as Block Informatics Officer, Ketugram-II Panchayat Samity under Burdwan District. Previously I was posted at Purbasthali-I Panchayat Samity under Burdwan District. As per my intimation my Salary A/C (A/C No. [protected]) has been transferred from SBI, Samudragarm Branch, Branch Code 010224, IFSC SBIN0010224 to the SBI, Katwa Branch, Branch Code 111, IFSC SBIN0000111 on 19.06.2014. But the CIF No. [protected] has not been transferred to the SBI, Katwa at that time. Further the CIF No. has been transferred on 28.10.2014 as per my intimation. Now this has been noticed that the service charge i.e. Rs. 102/- (Rupees One Hundred Two Only) has been deducted twice from my A/C, first time on 19.06.2014 & second time on 28.10.2014. I had previously made correspondence to the Branch Manager, Samudragarh SBI in this regard. But no action taken. So I request you to kindly arrange to refund the excess charge deducted from my A/C & deposit the same to my A/C. With kind regards.
