After consulting the sbi card helpline an amount of rd 1912.55 was due and accordingly a payment of rs 1913/: was paid by me. After making payment following massage has been d.
We have received payment of rs.1, 913.00 via debit card and the same has been credited to your sbi card ending xx6981. Your available limit is rs.24, 910.70.
This is a cheating with me and i once again request to cancel my card with immediate effect. It also been informed me that even after repeated requests my card has not been activated so far. I had paid a penalty for applying the card of your bank. I don't want to continue with your card. If any further charges is being debited to my card than i have to take some legal action against cheating with me.

A sbi card was received without any pin.in absence of pin i could not use the card. Yesterday i received call from mr bindu kumar agent from collection center informed me that more than rs 5000/- is outstanding against my card. I requested him to block my card as such heavy penalties cannot be paid by me without using the card. He informed me that a sum of rs 900/- had to be paid before blocking the card. A penalty of rs 500/- is being charged every month so i request
