Sbimops — amount deducted but form not filled

Dear sir,

I was filling up the NEET (UG) form on 17th of November .My application number is[protected]

First time I paid through sbimops by UPI By request and paid through phone pe application. The payment was successful but the application form could not be filled .

UTR no[protected] by paytm payment bank and transaction ID is SBI0D41B456EAC24D46B71CD6744C8EAA0D. Amount deducted but form was not filled.

Second time I paid through ICC, and was successful . Sir I contacted Phone pe, they are saying to contact sbi but I am not the customer of sbi .

So please refund the money through sbimops .
