[Resolved]  SCDL — Online exam for NRIs

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm an NRI and have enrolled for the PGDBF programme from SCDL. I have always paid my fees on time & cleared Assignments & Exams in the first attempt. However, due to an Arab Summit, roads were closed and I was stuck in traffic for a long time and was unable to start my exam at the stipulated time. It is really unfortunate that only 30 minutes grace time is being given from the time of actual exam start time. If the time expires, we have to pay USD 20 for each time we need to take the exam. Considering that we are paying a lot of money as Course fees & Exam fees, SCDL should allow us time atleast till end of that day to take the exam. The Student Helpdesk also has only a standard answer - We cannot do anything, you have to pay the fees again. It is not a small amount that we are paying as NRI students and this is the response we get. It is very unfortunate. Regards, Shoba
