Scholarship Pending — status

Iam anvesh my scholarship number is[protected] is still in pending at district officer for sanction ann i unable to put biometric for 3rdyear scholarship in diploma my ssc hall ticket number is [protected] please solve this problem sir sir this is my 2nd year scholarship for not sanction but all my friends has been got scholarship but my scholarship status has display as pending
