I'm from Meghalaya shillong and hereby complaint against Satyaki Maiti an operator of Scintillating Andaman, An Enterprise registered under UDYAM registration number UDYAM-AN[protected], booked a package + flight ticket of 116500/- n paid a part payment of 42k to satyaki on 19 october 2022 for the trip to andaman and nicobar island for the 31st december, so till 15 december i had to cancelled the package because of his fake promises and did nothing about the tickets n told him to refund the money and agreed in full refund verbally and a return note in pdf through watsapp but after a multiple calls and messages after 5th days from cancellation he paid me only 10k n the rest he never paid n never pick up the calls n if he receive the phone calls, this person keeps on saying the same thing over n over again ill do it tonight n today but it never comes so kindly help me to resolve this matter n get back my money...
