I have ordered smart flip cover for vivo z1 pro. I am trying to talk on the no but unable to get connected after waiting for so many time.

Now i have received the cover which i am unable to use the mirror effect/ so wondering is that works on this or not.

If some one can help me. If its wrong one and need a replacement with new other model also let me know. So as i can take action accordingly.

I am not happy with this one since it is not smart and dumb

They shipped a different broken product and then they shipped a low quality product. They are now not willing to refund because the original broken product they sent was apparently broken when they received. Instead they have given me their points as credit, which is forcing to me to buy their product again against my wish. I whole issue is, their return policy states "no questions asked" return then why are they not willing to return products which is of low quality.

After placing the order, i realize that the color of the product is not what I want, so I searched an option to cancel it. I couldn't find the option to cancel it, so i wrote it to the support dept as given in email and web portal, which was acknowledged and a ticket opened. That was within 1 hour of me placing the order, because they didn't give me the option to cancel. All this was done on the same day before it was despatched. They however deliver the product without even responding to my request to cancel it. They should refund and collect the product from me

They are showing one thing in their advertisement
with a price tag of Rs.1100. If we place an order we use to get a product worth Rs.100 and below
Quality. Just this company is cheating the public.
It is a fraudulent company so its VAT and licences have to be taken back.

I was charged rs.1100/- for a magnetic screen guard. The product shown in website was different and the product i received was different.

Initially i have order i phone back case received with broken condition i have requested replace then i received replacement thats also quality issue again i requested refund they said as per their policy they can not refund so i selected different product blutooth headset thats also received with worst quality and not in worked condition means if you press power button no response from that device then i sent video to their team then they agreed for the replacement now almost 3 months gone but no response from that team if i call customer once i explain all issues they are disconnecting the call

Better i suggest don't buy any product from screen guard very worst response from i lost 2000 rupees

Screen Guards India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
