I am not satisfy with the price of the product. I want my 799 rupees back. Please return my money. When i open the product i get shock that this product is not of 799 rupees. So i decided to complain and then when i call on the number that is given on consumer complaint site they said that your money will be back in 48 hours but i does not get my money back then i call on this number one more time then they said to me that you have send the mobile cover photo. So i do it and now i think that i'll get my money back fast.

Money has not been refunded even after sending you the bank details and it has been more than 18 days. Customer helplibe number is nt responding and your gmail is also not responding worst service ever seen. Pls refund the money asap. Can any one help me here. How to contact that company for my money. Their contact info is not picking up the phone and really is this going to be a scam?

They delivered wrong product and will i call them they said i have to send it back by speed post. I have sent it back. Its been 16 days since i have shared by bank account details and around 1 month since i have returned their product but i have not received any refund.
They told me that money will be refunded in 10 days. But still i have not heard back from them.

My screen guards colour is changed. I will select the colour is gold. But i have received the colour is black. I will return of your item of your company. Where is your address. I purchased iPhone 6 back cover, but when i received it was totally different as was shown in their website. I returned their product and they said that they will give my money back in 7 working days.
Its almost 20 days now and I am chasing for money. The customer care executive bluntly lie that they have already transferred the money.
They are the big liars and cheaters.

I have purchased a back cover for samsung a5 2016 the cover which i have got is totally different from the pictures they have displayed online i have sent an email regarding this but they assure that it is an original product but how it is an original product when it’s not the same. This is regarding my subjected complaint with registered mobile number: [protected]. I had ordered for iphone 7 plus screen guard but i received wrong product. I am chasing with customer support from past 8 days they are promising to refund the amount but still not done. Please send your person to collect incorrect product and refund my amount as soon as possible to avoid further legal actions.

Have purchased a mobile back cover.. But it was not a correct fit.. Initiated a refund and even returned the product.. Received a mail that refund has been initiated on 31st march. But till now have not received any money from them. And then today (18th april) after writing a mail they have sent a mail as “resolved (Refunded)”. But i still haven’t received any money from them.. Starting to feel that this might be a bogus / fraud company.. Ppl who are reading this i recommend you to think twice b4 ordering any product from this site. Or better don’t order in this site..

Vivo v7+ screen is not good high rate wen compare to other web site only 399 but in ur screen guard web site 899 so pls kindly refund my money back whatever may be the reason my friend got like this vivo v7+ case for just 399 just now he showed me when i got the product from the blue dart deliver boy he teased me so pls kindly take the product and refund.

Very unprofessional company.Ordered for BMW white IphoneX cover and I got grey cover. Returned back and they said they will send white but after that no response even for number of mails and customer complaints I have sent.Very expensive cover of Rs3800.Whenever I raised complaint suddenly one guy will close without any details. I request a refund.

I have order my apple iphone[protected] / 6s 5 in 1 360 series silicon case dual-colour finish 3-in-1 ultra-thin slim front case + tempered + back cover choose colour: black + red, i paid in online 1000 rs i got a mail stating that with order details and shipment number your shipment #[protected]
Order #[protected] but today i got a message that your order was cancelled and i was trying to call there customer support no response from them, i had mailed them why it was cancelled and what about my money they said one of our representative will call and assist you but no call and no message till now, this is big online fraud company cheating the customers, can you please some one assist what to do?

This is for return of my mobile v7+ screen guard..
I have ordered screen guard of v7+ leather stiched back cover dark brown

Paid rs. 750/- for that
And i have recieved plastic rubber material cover that will cost in market approx 100-150/- only
Not leather stiched cover as you mentioned on display..

This is fraud and cheating to customer.
I have paid 750/- for that.
In this cost i will purchase more the 5 plactic back cover..

I m not sulattisfied with this goods.
So please return my gooda and refund my money..

This type of fraud not think by the company screen guards india..

I had order back cover from screen guards india and it was delivered to me on 23rd jan 2018 under the above order, the electroplating splicing of the pc cover has been cut and i am not able to use for my mobile oneplus5.

I have been writing repeatedly for last 10 days to take back and refund the amount. They have been sending just an automated reply mail with no action so far. The customer contact no.[protected] is not answered by any one.

Their customer care is very pathetic. This is not the same with others flipkart, amazon, snapdeal... They respod immediately and their return policy is superb.

I have also send mail with image of the product the have sent to me. So far no representative has contacted me for replacement / refund of my money. It looks like that you are trying to fool customers with no intention of solving the issue.

For the last 10 days i have been repeatedly writing mails you have not bothered to address my issue except sending automated mail reply. This is nothing but cheating the public.

Please do not purchase any products from screen guards india. Their projects are of very poor quality.

I have order a mobile case and i am just unable to return it actuually they told me to fill a rma form which i am unable to find it anywhere in the site. They are trying to cheat customers by providing fault details about return policy.

I am sad to say that i had received a damaged piece.

Therefore, i requested the support team to arrange to return it & issue a the same dr. Vaku - samsung galaxy s8 ultra - thin 3d curved edge tempered glass - black. Also, to ensure that this time i do not receive the damaged item.

A request for support ticket has been created and assigned #88155788.

Tried calling the company lots of time (Leaved voice massages too), but no response from the sales manager. Till now nothing further progress reported in my case.

Please resolve my issue & arrange to return the product & refund me rs. 1199/-.

I have writing the mail to [protected]@screenguards.co.in from last one week but i haven't got any reply for the same.

I have purchased 360 degree cover for iphone from their website and immediately i have called their customer care and inform. them the product was not proper and give collect the same and refund it.

But till today i have got any single call nor anybody came to collect the same.

i have sent 4 reminder by mail but no response.

Awaiting for positive reply.
