I had placed a return request for my order which after pickup I was told by the customer care that my refund money is refunded in 4 5 days after pickup.But I have not received the refund yet and I am asking for my NEFT details from the screen guard. Any transaction details are not being given to me and I am calling customer care. The customer care executive is not talking to me again and again. Please help me as soon as possible.

I was given 5 to 6 working days by Screen Card. To refund the money but till now I have not received any money refund and I also have the mail that was mailed to me. Your money will be reflected to your account in 3 to 4 working days by Screen Guard. Birthday do not say answer to me and not picking my call.
