I was a regular customer for Dr Vaku screen guards n have purchased dozens of covers n tampered screen guards since last few years till Kovid-19 lock down for Samsung pro, A5 n A7.
Recently online also I placed an order for tampered glass 6d for A7 2018 and made online payment but no receipt or immediate response was received about the product and I sent with transaction receipt files through 3 no e mails to them but still no reply.I tried to contact them on phone mentioned on their web site but phone is not in use then I texted them message with transaction files on their whatsapp no taken also from their web.Now I approached Bank for dispute.I am astonished what happened to this reputed company and asked them either sent the product or returned back my amount.
Kovid-19 has disturbed to companies also with virus I afraid.
