Seagram — Not getting any gifts since last two years

I on behalf of the owner of Mamsi Wine Shop, Dokum colony Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh complaining you about your company's promoter of Naharlagun. We haven't received any single gift item from your company. Customers always complaint us about that but what can we do as we aren't getting anything from your company.
We purchase Seagram products at the maximum in comparison with other company products but also we haven't got a single gift. I don't know what the agents or promoters do with the innumerous amounts of gifts. Heard somewhere that they sells the free gifts. Everywhere is corruption.
Kindly please look into this matter ASAP.
Hope you would do something about my complaint.
