Dear Sir/Ma'am,
We, a group of friends from Brahmapur city, district Ganjam of Odisha State would like to submit the following for your immediate response and prompt action.
That, we are loyal fans of Royal Stag Brand and do love to consume this whiskey twice/thrice a week. As we are residents of this locality we usually purchase from M/s SAMRAT WINES, located in front of Tahasil Office in Komapally area of Brahmapur. However we have observed over a several months that there are distinct changes in colour, flavour and taste in Royal Stag. We suspect and confirm that some adulteration are done in the said shop or elsewhere. We have lodged several complaints with the shop owner but all our complaints have gone unheeded. We are sure that Seagram's will respond to us immediately and take prompt action on the sellers of spurious alcohol and thereby satisfy loyal customers.
