> I am Nidhi Thakur from Bhopal. Today I got a call from an Agent with ( mob no. [protected]) mentioning that he is from naukri.com and he told me that I got selected for a job and asked me to register on website "searchnaukri.online "
The amount of the registration was Rs 49 so I payed Rs 49 but the amount deducted from my account was Rs 5243 which I got to know by the bank statement received from text message.
> I immediately called the same agent for this unusual deduction from my account..the agent agreed of receiving Rs 5243 in his account but he was asking the secret verification code (OTP) of my bank but I refused..I called him many times but he was asking again n again for OTP...
Then I called the Union bank of India helpline, then they suggested me not to share your OTP with anybody and they freezed my account, blocked my ATM to avoid any further unwanted deduction.
Sir please kindly look into the matter and make my refund possible.
